Photographe autodidacte et auteur indépendant, c'est avec un Canon AE1, cadeau de mon père, un boîtier qu'il trimballait dans son sac de voyage il y a 35 ans, entre la Jordanie, la Syrie et l'Irak, que j'ai commencé tout jeune à prendre quelques photos et à écrire quelques lignes timides pour les accompagner.

Rapidement, j’ai pris goût à cette liberté de m’introduire dans l’intimité du quotidien afin d’accentuer son côté artistique et remarquable. Ce pouvoir exceptionnel de fixer le temps, de lui arracher d'un simple clic tous ces fragments de vie si éphémères…

Ainsi, au fil des kilomètres parcourus, des villes égrenées, des reportages accomplis, des rencontres inattendues et des pays traversés l'œil derrière le viseur de l'appareil, un univers se construit. Le voici à travers cette passion, devenue depuis mon art de vivre.

So, in the course of the traveled kilometers, the shelled cities, the accomplished reports, the unexpected meetings and the crossed countries the eye behind the sight of the device, a universe builds itself. Here it is through this passion become since my lifestyle.
