At Papott, we are convinced that the world will become a better and safer place if we all make a small effort to better know each other’s.

To reach this aim, Papott allows you to see who is around you, what are their hobbies, their jobs and their city of residence. With this basic information in mind, you can either consider that you now know these people a bit better or, ideally, you can break the ice and talk.

But don’t worry, Papott won’t break the limits of your intimacy!

At any time, you can decide to be incognito. Being incognito will make you disappear from the list on other’s phone until you decide to be visible again. But being incognito will also prevent you to see who is around. It’s fair for all!


In French, “papoter” means “having a small talk”. This is the origin and the goal of this app: we simply want to make you “papott” and our app is so simple that everybody will be able to use it.
