The Sally Ride Science app lets users access dozens of eBooks, all with a focus on increasing student engagement in STEM fields and careers.

Students can explore topics in greater depth with links to up-to-date online information, images, and videos. Students can also personalize their eBooks with highlighting and journal notes, and share their notes and ideas with the teacher and other students.
Access eBooks by purchasing a Sally Ride STEM License (available for individual classrooms or entire schools), or purchase individual eBooks through the Sally Ride Science website for only $3.99 a year. (Each eBook comes with a Teacher Guide loaded with lesson ideas and activities available through your Sally Ride Science Account.)

If you’re not a subscriber and would like to become one, visit sallyridescience.com and create an account. You can then shop and add eBooks to your account. Free trials are available! After creating your account, you can access a free eBook sample by entering the activation code APP1 (for upper elementary samples) or APP2 (for middle school samples). Creating an account will also allow you to access additional resources on the Sally Ride Science website.
